Halaat-O-Meter is a crowd sourced platform to enable residents to posts updates on their neighbourhood during times of trouble. Think of protest marches, road blockages, traffic jam, and even shooting and bomb blasts. Anyone can report the current situation in his neighbourhood (we call this the 'halaat', in Pakistan) on a real time map. Halaat-O-Meter is originally intended for use in Pakistan, but can be used in any place.
